Here is my colour swatch using colours from the above image

For the first background, I selected part of the graphic and made a tile using the Funhouse Twister Tutorial at Jan's Designs I made a gradient strip in Paintshop Pro out of the two lighter colours and I used the deep red for bordercolours and scrollbar colours
The font used to make the text for the header graphic and buttons is called Brush Flash Expanded Regular and can be Download from here
