Platypus Speed Sensor

This is our most exciting product. Released for the 2003/04 season it has sold widely throughout Australia, New Zealand and the UK. Not to be used in actual playing conditions (in other words, for bowling only) this ball can accurately measure the speed by which you can bowl a cricketball. It is a PVC ball and fluorescent orange in colour.
In fact we have even given this ball its own website. So for further information on the specifics of how the ball works visit www.speedsensor.com.au
