A provocative give and take
Peter Deerson, Mornington, The Age (letter), 12/3/2002
Your report (The Age, 6/3) on breaking the Goolengook logging blockade
(tucked discreetly well inside the paper) bizarrely links the resumption
of logging (after a five-year vigil by the blockaders) with a 1000-hectare
reduction of logged area.
Are we to be grateful for this outrageous and provocative assault, on
the basis of "what the Lord Bracks giveth, he taketh away"?
